Refund: 

Compensation of change of Lek or Euro for cancellation of your purchase. It is kept as a commission of 13% of the amount.

If the product is out of stock by the company, we will refund the purchase of the product.
We keep 13% of the Lek return.

Shiping Details:

Shipping by mail.

When the product is sent to the post office, we send the tracking number by email.
The customer must track the package.
If the customer does not enter the correct data,
If the customer does not answer the postman’s phone or is not at home, he should contact the post office of the respective country.
If the product you bought is returned from the country of origin..
For the product to be reposted, I have to pay the postage again.
